At Total Body Training, our semi-private personal training sessions offer the perfect blend of personal attention and group motivation. You'll train in a small group (max of 6), guided by expert coaches, with a program built just for you. Every workout is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and any injuries or limitations—so you always know you’re doing what’s right for your body. No more "one workout for everyone" up on the white board.
This isn’t boot camp. It’s not a cookie-cutter class.
Our elite coaching team uses proven science and smart programming to help you move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free—all in a supportive, high-energy environment that makes training fun.
No worries! Our coaches will meet you where YOU are. Everyone starts out with our Body Mapping Phase(BMP)- a thorough movement assessment to understand how your body moves, ensuring your workouts are safe, effective, and personalized to your needs.
We have convenient session times throughout the day!
